THE BEST DESIGNED WEBSITE!

http://twogiraffes.com/

I chose this website as the best designed website from the other sites that i have seen because it has attracted my attention for many reasons....
THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS WEBSITE:
1) Colourfull
2) The website's purpose is clear.
3) The taskbar has got the important content and is clear.
4) The informations that are provided are to the point and clear.
5) The website is eye catching.
6) It is cartoonish so most of the people are attracted to it.

THE DISADVANTAGES OF THE WEBSITE:
1) The font size which has been used is a bit small (my blog so my opinion)
2) The map which is provided by the site is not clear enough.

I Guess thats all i have got to say on this cartoonish website!!!

Good Interview Techniques

There are some good techniques that help people to score points in an interview:
YOU SHOULD :  .Do Some Research and Ask Questions about the topic.
  .Dress Accordingly.
.create A perfect corporate face and posture to make the interviewer feel at ease in your presence.
.Take your Time : Allow yourself a good length of time to find a job.
Consciously take the pressure off yourself by setting yourself a long-term goal if you can.
That way you are going into interviews without thinking 'I have to get this job or I will have to start hunting all over
again.
.You will have a huge advantage if you are confident and show it.
.Make sure you have read the employer's website if they have got one.

Usage of computer by disabled people

There should also be a way for physically disabled people to use computers like we do…there are devices which has been invented to allow them to do so…
. One such device is the 'Tongue Drive System', wherein a small magnet is implanted in the users tongue and the user has to move his tongue in order to move the cursor. Unlike the other parts of the body, which are controlled by brain through the spinal cord, tongue is directly connected to the brain by a cranial nerve.
.The cursor can also be guided by off-the-shelf trackballs and foot pedals instead of computer mouse.
.Pointing devices which can be controlled by movement of the eyebrows are also popular among people with disabilities.
. Among the other computer devices for the physically handicapped, a popular one is the virtual keyboard that can be activated with various ability switches. The ability switches use two techniques to operate the keyboard - scanning and direct selection. Some of these keyboards anticipate the words that are being typed, while some even go further to anticipate the entire phrase, thus making it convenient for people to use a computer.
.The most useful program is the voice recognition program, wherein the human voice is used to generate equivalent key strokes. This program is designed in such a way that it works only for one individual, whose voice is keyed to the program.
.There are also devices that can convert text to spoken words, and there's even a web browser that speaks. And when a blind person wants to write something, like an email message, a letter, or even a research paper, it may be possible to have specialized software translate dictated words into text, essentially going the opposite direction of the "text-to-speech" software.
